Greenbrier Physicians’ Obstetrics & Gynecology department offers full service care for women at every stage of life. Our physicians ascribe to a philosophy of minimally invasive care in alignment with a woman’s unique needs and family planning goals.

Gynecological services include annual preventative exams, HPV vaccination, family planning consultation, infertility care, menopause-related treatment, and osteoporosis prevention and care.  Obstetric services include pre-conception counseling, prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum care.

Our office employs the latest ultrasound equipment and mammography is performed onsite.

Connie M. Perkins, D.O.

A Greenbrier County native, Dr. Perkins received her medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV in 1995. She completed her Internship and Residency at Ohio University – Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, and in August 1999, she started her practice at Greenbrier Physicians.  She is board certified by The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Perkins lives in Lewisburg, WV with her husband and children.

Dr. Chaffin is originally from Charleston, WV.   She earned her bachelor’s degree from Concord University at Athens, WV, and a medical degree from the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine at Huntington, West Virginia in 2013.   In 2017, she completed a four-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Charleston Area Medical Center. Dr. Chaffin began her practice with Greenbrier Physicians in 2017. She and her family live in Lewisburg, WV.

Dr. Artrip was born in Charleston, West Virginia.   He received his medical degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in May 2015 and has recently completed a four year residency at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia.   Dr. Artrip has served as a Junior Fellow in the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists since 2014.  He resides in Ronceverte, West Virginia and will begin seeing patients at Greenbrier Physicians in July 2019.
